My Philosophy: There's a deeper knowing in each of us. One that's older than our self-doubt, more honest than our fear. We learned to talk ourselves out of it. I help you trust it again.

My Approach: Making Self-Trust Possible

Trusting What You Feel: Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). Beneath the anxiety and the numbness, there are real feelings that never got to land. We reach them together, gently and at your pace.

Trusting Your Body: Brainspotting. Some of what hurt you never became words. It became the freeze, the tightness, the exhaustion you can't explain. This work reaches those deeper places so what's been held can finally begin to move.

Trusting Your Worth: Compassion Focused Therapy. The self-criticism. Perfectionism. Rigidness. These feelings of being worn down are met with warmth and kindness.
