My Philosophy: You were made for more than second-guessing yourself
There is something in each of us that knew what was true before we were taught otherwise. Many of us learned to override our inner wisdom. To be more acceptable to the people and world we depended on. I believe that knowing doesn't disappear, but waits to be recovered.
I'm here to help you return to it, and slowly trust it again.

The ways you learned to protect yourself made sense once. But protection has a cost. Over time, the walls that kept you safe can become the very thing standing between you and yourself. This work gently looks to understand what those blockages could be.
Trusting Your Body & Intuiton: Brainspotting
Some of what hurt you never became words. It became the freeze, the tightness, the exhaustion you cannot explain. Brainspotting helps you gently reach those deeper places - so what’s been held can begin to move, and you can slowly find your way back to your true self.

You have been carrying so much for so long. The self-criticism, the shame, the feeling that something is fundamentally wrong with you. The parts of you that have been beaten down the most are met here with something they rarely get: genuine warmth.
