Your place to set it all down

Therapy for the soul.

I offer emotion-focused, spiritually-rooted therapy because I believe there is something alive in you. Something that’s been waiting to be felt, to be witnessed, and to be met with the kind of presence that awakens what’s already yours.

Maybe you’ve been moving through life feeling lost, or carrying a quiet weight you don’t fully understand, and you’re ready for something different.

I’m Chloe. I walk with you to that place. The place where healing becomes possible, especially when it feels like your world is falling apart.

Meet Chloe,

You are the medicine. I’m here to help you remember why.

Many of the people I support feel like they’ve lost their compass. For years, I’ve walked beside people through moments of distress, change, and unfolding - in community spaces across Canada and Uganda, and in the therapy space. My Indigenous-Jamaican (Maroon) roots have taught me that healing isn’t about fixing what’s wrong. It’s about returning to the person you were before the pain, and the deeper truth that’s been quietly waiting underneath it.

When someone arrives feeling lost, anxious, unsure of what’s to come, I see a heart that's longing to open again, a calm that still lives beneath the surface, wanting to return to its natural rhythm. I believe when we begin to return to our natural state, that healing doesn’t stop with you. It echoes through your lineage - forward and back. It’s a remembering that honors those who came before, and frees those who come after.

I’ve been told that my presence feels gentle but steady; like being held by something larger than the pain. That’s what I offer: a space to reconnect to what’s already inside you. This is why I don't just call myself a therapist, I'm a soul midwife. And what I know is this: the healing you're seeking isn't somewhere out there. It's already woven into who you are, waiting to be remembered.

Here, with you,

Chloe
