Here’s How I Work,

My Approach

My approach to therapy is relational at its core. I believe that meaningful change stems from a safe, trusting relationship; one where the true essence of your humanity is able to be fully witnessed, and come alive.

To support this I draw from:

  • Compassion-focused therapy: is also at the root of how I approach therapy. We live in a world that can often be harsh, critical and stifling to our creativity, our joys, our dreams. And I offer a space where these are welcomed and celebrated, freely and tenderly.

  • AEDP: which understands that beneath anxiety, depression, and relational struggles are deeper emotional truths waiting to be processed and metabolized.

  • Brainspotting: to help you access what lives below the level of language, in the body, in the nervous system, in the places where experience gets stored long after the moment has passed.

  • Trauma Informed Therapy shapes the entire container of our work together. It means your nervous system is respected and your pace is always honored.

  • Spiritual, Existential & Transpersonal Perspectives: because questions of meaning, identity, and who you are beyond your struggles and conditioning aren't separate from healing. They're often the heart of it.

My Signature Framework

Codependency → Interdependency → Interconnectedness

Many people arrive having spent years losing themselves in others, setting aside their own needs, feelings, and inner voice to keep the peace or stay connected. The first step is finding your way back to yourself.

From there, relationships and closeness can feel different. You can be present and connected with others while staying grounded in who you are. That is interdependency.

A deeper sense of connection can then emerge. You can be fully present in your relationships and in the world while also sensing a larger flow of life, meaning, or purpose. You remain fully yourself while feeling part of something greater. That’s interconnectedness.

My Philosophy

I believe we each have an inner wisdom that life’s challenges can often pull us away from. When we reconnect with our true inner voice, the world opens up. Healing is the process of finding your way back to that knowing, and it never happens in isolation. We are all interconnected; and that is part of what makes coming home to yourself possible.
