Your place to set it all down

I offer emotion-focused, soul-centred therapy grounded in the quiet conviction that something essential lives within each of us - something longing to be felt, known, and met with the kind of love that transforms.

I’m Chloe, and I help you turn toward that place where healing becomes possible, especially when everything feels like it's falling apart.

Meet Chloe,

You are the medicine. I’m here to help you remember why.

Many of the people I support feel like they’ve lost their compass. For years, I’ve walked beside people through moments of distress, change, and unfolding - in community spaces across Canada and Uganda, and in the therapy space. My Indigenous-Jamaican (Maroon) roots have taught me that healing isn’t about fixing what’s wrong. It’s about returning to the person you were before the pain, and the deeper truth that’s been quietly waiting underneath it.

When someone arrives feeling lost, anxious, unsure of who they are, I see a heart that's longing to open again, a calm that still lives beneath the surface, wanting to return to its natural rhythm. I believe when we begin to return to our natural state, that healing doesn’t stop with you. It echoes through your lineage - forward and back. It’s a remembering that honors those who came before, and frees those who come after.

I’ve been told that my presence feels gentle but steady; like being held by something larger than the pain. That’s what I offer: a space to reconnect to what’s already inside you. This is why I don't just call myself a therapist, I'm a soul midwife. And what I know is this: the healing you're seeking isn't somewhere out there. It's already woven into who you are, waiting to be remembered.

You Might Be Here Because…

You…

  • You don't know what's wrong, you just know something is

On paper, things look fine. But inside, something feels off.

  • Fall apart behind closed doors, then show up like nothing happened

  • Feel like a ghost in your own life

You move through days that feel blah, acting out a script you don’t remember writing.

  • You show up for everyone, but nobody seems to show up for you
You’re the strong one. But when you need someone, it’s silent - and it stings. More than you let on.

  • Feel like you're failing at life

It feels like you're the only one who didn't get the manual

You quietly want...

  • Someone to check in on you first

You’re tired of being the one who always reaches out first. You long for someone to care for you without having to ask for it

  • A deep exhale

You’re worn out from the pressure. The tension you quietly carry everyday.

  • To trust your own feelings

You're tired of talking yourself out of what your gut is telling you

  • To live with more intention

You want to stop saying yes when you don’t mean it. You want to stop rushing to fix, and start learning how to just be.

  • A sense of direction

Even though life is “working,” it still feels flat. You crave meaning. You crave a way forward that actually feels like you.

You’re looking for support. I’m here to help.

The first step toward healing asks for courage. To listen to that quiet tug inside that knows something needs care, and that something different might be possible.
