Session Rate:

$175 CAD for 50 minutes

Methods of payment accepted:

Credit Card or E-transfer

After each session a receipt will be provided to you to submit to your insurance provider.

Cancellation Policy:

I know life can get busy and unpredictable. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee.

  • The right pace of therapy depends on your needs, and what you’re hoping to explore. Research suggests that weekly sessions can provide a rhythm that supports deeper emotional processing and lasting change. That said, every person’s journey is unique, and together we can find a schedule that feels aligned with you.

  • I am available Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, and Saturday mornings.

  • My style is warm and collaborative. I draw from a variety of approaches that focus on emotions, attachment, trauma, and the spiritual aspects of healing.

      Brainspotting
      A gentle method that helps your body release what it’s been holding — without having to talk it all through. By noticing where your eyes naturally want to rest, we tap into your brain’s ability to heal from the inside out.

      It’s especially helpful for anxiety, overwhelm, and stuck feelings that won’t budge, no matter how much you’ve tried to think your way through them.

      This work is informed by:

      Brainspotting, Trauma-Informed Therapy, AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Spiritual, Existential, and Transpersonal perspectives and approaches.

  • At this time I only offer sessions virtually, by video or telephone.

  • In the first session I do a lot of listening. I’m deeply interested in getting to know you and what it’s like to walk in your shoes. You don’t need to have the right words or know where to start. We go at a pace that feels right, and I’ll help guide us if you’re not sure.

    I’m also gently curious about what matters to you, what you long for, and what you’d like the future to feel like - when it feels right we can explore that.

  • At this time I do not offer direct billing. I accept e-transfer or credit card. Following a session I will provide you a receipt which you can send to your insurance for reimbursement.

    If you plan on using insurance, I recommend confirming with your provider that they cover psychotherapy services and that you understand any annual maximum amounts they may have.
