Welcome, I’m Chloe.
For years, I’ve walked beside people through hard times, big changes, and seasons of growth. I’ve supported people in a variety of community projects across Canada and Uganda, and I continue that work in the therapy room.
I come from Irish and Indigenous-Jamaican (Maroon) roots. The wisdom I’ve inherited has taught me to listen carefully and notice what often goes unseen. It has taught me to follow the patterns that connect feelings, experiences, and meaning. To honor the natural world around me. This way of seeing shapes not just my work, but the way I live, helping me honor the hidden depths in myself and in others.
I am drawn to what isn’t said out loud. The weight no one talks about. The constant doing. Saying yes when you really want to say no. The quiet loneliness. Over time, I learned not to turn away from that kind of pain. I wanted to understand what makes people close their hearts and what helps them open again.
In additon to being a deeply spiritual person, I have always been a poet at heart; being curious about the small things that carry meaning and the longings that live beneath the surface. That same attention guides my work in therapy, which I see as a kind of poetry where words, silence, and presence come together to help something inside begin to wake up.
Why I Do This Work
I believe you are here for a reason. You have something meaningful to share, and my work is about helping you remember what that is.
I do this work because I have seen what happens when someone’s true voice begins to stir again. They start to feel alive. They take small, brave steps. They live with an open heart, trust themselves more, and begin to feel like they belong to themselves and to life.
Most people who come to me are not just struggling with anxiety or relationship challenges. They are disconnected from their own inner wisdom. My work is about helping them find their way back to that voice inside, the one that has always been there.
I see healing is an act of living from what is real and true inside you. Each step toward yourself creates a ripple that touches the people around you and softens the world. I believe that ripple is the mark you are here to leave.
